The content and design of this site belong to Crest Systems. Procedure codes are from the Current Dental Terminology (CDT) maintained by the American Dental Association; claim adjustment and remark codes are published by X12 and CMS. Other names belong to their owners.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Crest is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits obligations in a signed service agreement or BAA.
